LEGO Digital Designer®(Windows PC and Mac OSX)
is the origial CAD program from LEGO® - It is freeware.

The LEGO Digital Designer® is a very usful tool with many samples also for the LEGO Mindstorms® system (robots etc.).
Input and output possible in LDraw™ standard format with the extension .ldr !
Besides others also with a function to detect the costs of a builded model + links to the LEGO Online Shop.
